Datarade develops the Data Commerce Cloud™, a new category of B2B software platform that helps companies to easily source and monetize data - think "Shopify for Data". With more than 1,000 registered data providers, 100k monthly data buyers, and strategic partnerships with enterprises like SAP, we're on track to build a true category leader - Made in Germany. 

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager for our Data Marketplace 
that is taking on the fresh challenge to help b2b data buyers to find and buy the right data. From Hong Kong to California from Air quality data to Zip-code spending data, from large enterprises to small ai companies or gov. organizations: You will see, write to, and speak with them all. As www.datarade.ai is the world's #1 data comparison website, every day is packed with new data sourcing projects and your mission will be to bring scalable processes, automation, and hands-on customer interactions to this core part of our company.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Deal with +1000 monthly new data requests from buyers on our data marketplace.
  • Make sure that all data requests meet our quality standards and come from legit businesses.
  • Take care of matching all data buying inquiries to the right data partners (yes, you'll truly become an external data expert!).
  • Reengage data buyers that didn't buy at scale and with a high degree of automated communication.
  • Create self-serve help desk and support resources for data buyers via tools like Notion or Intercom.
  • Identify very large data budgets to be further dealt with from the key-account team.
  • Refurbish existing processes of the data buying journey to maximize the amount and quality of data matches.
  • Channel valuable user feedback into the organization to improve the data buying experience and drive marketplace transactions.

Job requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • You're positive, high-energy, and have an entrepreneurial growth mindset.
  • You have 2-3 years of experience in an international, B2B customer-facing role in a fast-moving technology environment.
  • You're a stellar communicator with close-to-native written and verbal English.
  • You have a "black belt" with some of the most common CSM tools (Intercom, Zendesk, Hubspot, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • You have relevant data industry experience or have purchased data yourself before.
  • You can leverage BI tools to streamline the impact of your CSM operations across thousands of customer profiles.
  • You have a strong affinity for b2b software, technology, and fast-growing international work environments.
